🔎 The Role

• Lead all marketing and growth activities, to overall spearhead user acquisition.
• Define and execute a launch campaign that will see the initial product being delivered, followed by subsequent growth strategies and implementation, which will include both organic and paid methods.
• Have active input into the branding pillars and overall messaging of Return.
• Dive into the existing market to understand competitive dynamics and native growth strategies, this is partly blockchain and web3 based, so lots of research is required.
• Above all else, think completely differently and outside of the box. This is an opportunity to define a brand new era of sustainability.

👦🏽 Your Background

• 5+ years of consumer focused software growth/ acquisition experience.
• A deep understanding of a wide range of overall marketing and growth techniques, ranging from SEO, paid and organic user acquisition, PR, etc.
• Experience of leading NFT or token launches is a plus.
• Well versed in using automation and analytical tools to inform KPI’s and decision making.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and strategically minded, with a very creative personality.
